United Concordia is one of the largest dental insurance companies in the country, covering more than 6.5 million members with provider networks of more than 52,000 participating dentists nationwide. United Concordia has one of the strongest dental provider networks in New York State and can enroll NYSBG member companies as small as one person.

<h2>Directions for Use</h2>
NYSBG members can access the NYSBG/UCCI (United Concordia) dental plans for employer groups of 1 or more. All plans include the Preventive Incentive benefit; providing Class 1 services (preventive) without applying the rendered benefits to the plan’s annual maximum.
